We deliver to all locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Shipping is free on all orders above INR 500.
  • For orders below INR 500, standard shipping charges will apply and will be calculated during checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product type and delivery location. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed during public holidays or festive seasons may experience slight delays in processing and delivery.

5. Delivery Method

  • We partner with all major logistics and courier companies in India, including Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, and Ekart, to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS to monitor the delivery status.

6. Failed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will reattempt delivery up to three times without any additional charges.
  • If the package cannot be delivered after three attempts, our customer service team will contact you for further instructions.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • In the event that an item is damaged during transit or lost, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Customers are requested to inspect the product upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Exceptions and Exclusions

  • Custom furniture orders are excluded from our standard shipping policies. Specific delivery terms for custom orders will be communicated during purchase.
